Sunday, December 25, 2011 - Glad we got 1 bottle out of the 50 cases made! A beautiful aroma of dark cherry and black raspberry upon opening which continued to expand over the next two hours. Very dense concentrated fruit, very smooth & mouth coating with perfectly integrated tannins, some sweetness to it with a super long heavenly finish. A nice ending to an otherwise frustrating year all around! We should have shared it with Robert Parker.
