Friday, July 26, 2013 - Deep toasty red, burnt cinnamon cover. Cloudy and earthy, opened up nicely over a few hours. Rich plum, black cherry. Nice acid. Sharp and a little thin but not aggravatingly so. Enjoyable experience.
