Sunday, February 22, 2004 - Yellow in the glass. Scents of orange peel, and nougat coming out of the glass, along with nuts and honey. Intense, crisp, and fresh with large degrees of botrytis sweetness, and a big voluminous body. Great structure and precision defined by a beem of ripe acid with a honey-sweet long aftertaste, lots of dimensions and complexity and incredible power. This MUST be Yquem. And it is.
