Tuesday, January 22, 2013 - My 30th Birthday Tasting; 1/20/2013-1/22/2013 (Martin's House): This was decanted for 5 hours and it was not enough. Still quite closed down, I felt it needed at least a day of decanting. Almond paste, apricot and nice elegance but it was like an iron fist in a velvet glove reluctant to unveil it's full potential.
