Friday, May 9, 2014 - This is not a Parker-style wine. Unlike other SA wines, this wine is fairly elegant. Silky finesse. It does not gel your palate. Color is ruby red with a good scent of cinnamon. Its like listening to soft opera. Finish is medium. It is a very feminine Bordeaux Blend. Took 3+ hours to open up fully.
