Wednesday, August 6, 2014 - Bricking at the edge. Not giving much aroma. Tastes super smooth, velvet backed by balanced and translucent acidity, with tar, blood, and sweet strawberries. This is wonderful, but not deeply complex or multidimensional. Drink now. The bricking and sediment indicate that this is fully mature, not going to improve.
