Saturday, August 29, 2015 - Deep red color. Aromas of red plums and sour cherries. Ripe, high acid juicy fruit in the mouth with very good depth and excellent length. Unusual grip and persistence on the palate for a Beaujolais. Very "old school" in style and substance.
Though still very young, delicious with the excellent fish at Little Fish Restaurant.
