Saturday, December 29, 2012 - Drank Christmas night beside the Insignia 07 both served from multiple 375 ml bottles. Of the two, the 07 was clearly superior,and the 06 ptresented as a bit disorganized and murky; almost "younger" of the two. Both will benefit from substantially more cellar time, and the 06 plums, cassis, and rootlike qualities will become more prevelant and pleasing rather than running into each other as at present. Dark garnet purple.
