First nose, I was speechless. Extremely fresh complex nose of steel, mint, sweet spices, anise and lemon. Beautiful energetic palate with exceptional concentration and minerality. It is fat but still remains precise. One of those special wines that combines subtlety, precision, complexity and core energy. This special experience is very similar to drinking a great mature yet fresh bottle of Clos Ste Hune or Coulee de Serrant.
