Sunday, December 16, 2012 - Tried again to see if it was a bottle shock problem. Slightly better than the last bottle. Got some fruit through the acidity this time. Green apples, citrus. Prior taster noted lower oak - agree that this works if the acidity settles down. Will leave the last bottle for a while. A-R has been a good producer (in my experience)
