Friday, April 26, 2013 - Bright golden-yellow with green reflexes.
Decent Stone-fruit and Citrus aromas. Some Pineapple.
Herbs and Minerality with Floral characteristics and hints of Sweet Vanilla.
Bright acidity. Intense, complex and really inviting!
Firstly, elegant flavors of Stonefruits – mostly Peach and Apricot –some Citrus. Followed by intense Mineral characters and Crushed Rock.
Finishes long and beautiful with intense, vital acidity, herbal Spices and Pepper. Round and dense with fascinating complexity!

An elegant, but intense, racy and very complex wine with an exciting interplay of fruit, minerality and acidity.
One might criticize that the wine is lacking finesse, due to the fact that all three major components (fruit, minerality and acidity) really stand out strong, but -as the wine is still very young - with some more years of bottle age these will certainly integrate beautifully. It already is well proportioned, nicely structured and, thereby, a very special wine with great future potential!
