Monday, January 6, 2014 - LCBO tasting bar sample. Lush nose centered on honey, wet wool, and mixed florals. Fairly fresh given the oxidative reputation of this region. Palate feels relatively dry with a fair bit of bitterness and sour acids. Just slightly off dry.
