Tuesday, February 18, 2014 - A clear colored wine with a slight green hue filled with delicate yet complex aromas of green apples, orange rind, honey, basil, dried rose petals, white pepper, and a slight smokey note. Very clean and precise flavors of sweet pears, apricots, apples, with a slight dollop of rose water followed by a mid palate filled with refreshing yet discreet acidity as well as citric flavors. The finish is long lasting revealing honey, white pepper, and saline minerality. A mid bodied wine with a smooth oily texture, very focused, and delicious.
