Tuesday, May 7, 2013 - Lighter red, 85% Grenace 15% Cinsault. Peppery/spicy, red currant, jammy on the nose, medium bodied, demi-complex. Softening with aeration. Like a father in law trying to intimidate you…a little stern upon opening, softening to affability

The wine looks Garnet colored. The legs are Fast. It smells like Red Currant, and Black currant (cassis). It tastes like Strawberry Jam, Black Pepper, Red Currant, and Black currant (cassis). The body is Medium. The wine has Silky texture. The wine finishes Medium.
