Sunday, June 7, 2015 - Rich, mineralic and great depth. The bouquet is tantalizing and quite complex. A full bodied Hermitage, with some butter and nuts which should go well with seafood or Bresse Chicken with cream sauce. It did not close down, like other vintages I had, so the future should be bright for this wine.
