Tuesday, September 23, 2008 - Neal Family SVD (My House): Day 1 - Decanted for 4 hrs. Upon opening I noticed that there was something off about this wine. Served with buffalo meatloaf, roasted garlic mashed potatoes and organic green beans.
Light garnet in color. On the palate, austere, green bell pepper & herbacious. Not at all in the flavor profile of the winery. IMO this wine was spoiled.
