Friday, January 17, 2014 - Chicago Wine Flock..."Dennis Shares Spain" (Casa de la Mata - Chicago IL): Tasted double blind. Lots of floral charm with some sweet apple and oak hints. Plenty of apple and pear flavors, accessible and fat but a little simple. Slight bitter edge on very end that will probably dissipate in another year.
