Saturday, June 27, 2015 - Post Musique & Vin Festival BYO Dinner with Musicians (1243 Bourgogne Society - Beaune): Slightly floral start with lemon, lemon peel and orange peel start-to-finish. Toasted nuts on finish. Minerality and textures are the highlight here, with bursts of energy that keep everything bright and vibrant. Better in a year or three.
