Sunday, August 11, 2013 - This is more than a bit of a monster. Rich, tropical fruit, enough sweetness for dessert, but a good companion to spicy curry. There's honey in the finish, and also some slate. Drink it for dessert or with spicy food. Or put it in the cellar for a couple of decades. It has all the elements to profit from long aging.
