Sunday, July 19, 2015 - From a batch of NV champagnes that I bought years ago and cellared. First bottle since 2012 and this showed much better than that initial bottle. There are baked apple notes, as well as fresh apple, and a bit of sweetness. Not especially refined, more boxy, goes down very easy, though.
