Friday, July 4, 2014 - Very light in colour. Strong legs. Quite a delicate but lovely nose, it bit hard to pick any particular elements out, honeysuckle, lemon zest and a bit of oak. The palate isn't that open, it's fresh, quite piercing at this early stage with a very long finish which is pretty great showing some nutty character
