Saturday, July 11, 2015 - Intriguing. Yellow apple and kiwi. There's oak but it's mostly neutral, certainly balanced, not the typical creamy/vanilla. It shows an intense minerality which with light-medium acidity adds structure. I've not tasted anything quite like it from Ohio but it's definitely enjoyable. I agree this will continue to improve with additional age.
