Friday, March 13, 2015 - Developing nose with a medium+ intensity. Initially lots of toasted oak, vanilla, coffee beans and cap gun smoke. It also shows some deeper layers of baked apples, fresh red apples, stone fruit, baked lemon, butterscotch and browned butter.

Dry on the palate with a medium+ acidity and body. The mousse is lively and a little bit aggressive. The flavor intensity is medium+. Loads of super ripe lemons, apple core, bruised red apples, toasted oak, coffee beans and butterscotch. The finish is medium++ with gap gun smoke, chalk dust and baked lemons.

I'm a fan of the style of Bollinger and this is a hell of a tasty champagne, but it needs more time to shows it's full potential.
