Sunday, August 2, 2015 - This is showing beautifully at the moment. It has a great depth and complexity to it. It is smooth, textured and with a beautifully long finish and a fabulous mousse that bursts out of the bottle when poured. Gorgeous! We all loved it!
However, I sense that the 2004 would benefit from more time in the cellar to help it reach its full exciting potential. It will be fun to see how this develops.
