Tuesday, December 22, 2015 - Drinking well now. I tasted this champagne twice this year (once in September and once this week), and one time served by Bollinger at an industry event. Both times I thought it was peaking. If you have some, I'd say that now's the time; even 8 months from now I think a decline will be evident.
