Sunday, June 9, 2013 - Big, soft, berryish (raspberries?) Not much tannin, and very little acidity: that seems the defining feature to me. Some people, and some parts of the world, no doubt like the low-acid style; I find it wooly and diffuse. Wish I;d thought to put it in the fridge for half an hour: I reckon a bit of a chill would give it some focus.
