Monday, February 25, 2013 - Drank over three nights. A little tight and austere the first evening, but it really opened out aromatically and fleshed out with time. Pure dark berried fruit seasoned with damp earth and fresh herbal notes, not showing a whole lot of complexity yet but it's very easy to drink with an elegant, polished palate presence and bright acids keeping it very fresh.
