Saturday, April 5, 2014 - Liquid Farm / Chard Double Blind- Dallas (Classic Wine Storage- Dallas): Wine #8 in a line up of 15 blind chards (preceded by Liquid Farm Golden Slope 2012). Very expressive nose with toffee, tropical fruit and some spice. On the palate it had all of the above plus creme brulee and peaches. Very long length and pleasant finish that shows a hint barrel toast at the very end. Solid wine that could probably use a few more years of age.
