The wine is huge with the tannins showing but not unpleasant. I have left it open for two days and there is no sign of it breaking down or mellowing out. I thought that I was getting an everyday Tuscan quaf, but this is in need of cellaring and is much more serious that I expected. I am going to look for more at this price and lay it down for a year, two years or so. Sangiovese and Colorino - Maybe a good sign for 2004 Tuscan vintage.
