Tuesday, March 24, 2015 - While I find the wine to be approachable now, I can't say I find it too interesting. A serviceable table wine that showed much better (fuller, more aromatic complexity) on night #2. In addition, I've opened 3 bottles in the past week and have noticed a fair degree of bottle variation. Very traditional in style and composition, but not austere or bitter in any way; very much in the red-fruited vein. Notwithstanding all of that, I recommend letting these rest for a few more years. 13,5% abv., recommeded
