Wednesday, December 25, 2013 - Par excellence. Still youthful but the aging has only bettered the wine from my last tasting 3 years ago. Lemon curd, creme brûlée and dried pear. Biscuit and yeasty bread finished with hazelnut. Wow was this good. Hopefully there is more stored in the caves to buy. Highly recommended.
