Saturday, July 9, 2016 - Medium yellow colored with nose of passionfruit, lime and mineral.

On the palate, passionfruit, lime, mineral and a hint of peach. Interesting in that the nose suggests sweetness but tastes dry; if there is residual sugar, it's scant. Nice weight and crisp acidity with a lingering finish. 12.5%abv.
