Sunday, April 27, 2014 - South America blind tasting with HWZ group (Extra Space, Boon Keng): I like the nose, intense and very expressive, lots of fresh cut grass and wild gooseberries. The palate has a nice wild fruit core wrap by layers of herbaceous, grassy notes. High in acidity but fresh. Showing better mid-palate weight than previous tasting. Finishing well too. It is a nice Chilean Sauvignon Blanc but some people may find it too herbaceous and high in acidity. It definitely taste better with food today.
