Friday, September 18, 2009 - Excellent wine with a wonderful nose. Definitely could afford more bottle time and was a bit too harsh even after about 45mins of decanting, but it had an excellent texture to it. Throughout the meal the wine opened up and the taste matched the nose. Very pleasant with my medium rare steak frites.
