Tuesday, February 9, 2010 - Really enjoyed this wine. Decanted one hour. Nose: dark fruits, smoke and a little heat. On the palate, i enjoyed the medium bodied mouthfeel, dark fruits and silkiness. This paired extremely well with bacon. On the second night this became harsh and way too acidic for my palate. So drink all in one night.
