Sunday, January 2, 2011 - Drinking very well right now. Strong malbec profile, eventhough it has 40% cab sauv, while the wine is smooth, it retains a strong acidic element from beginning to end. Picked up some alcohol in the bouquet and the mid-palate. Did not improve significantly after an hour being opened. I don't expect this wine to improve with age either.
