Friday, July 17, 2015 - Straw, slightly golden yellow. Beautiful string of pearls for bubbles. Soft floral notes with a touch of oak. Not terribly toasty but fresh. Silky smooth on the palate with a short, slightly tart finish. Good offering by the glass. Sadly served in flutes. We did not object, but it would have benefitted from the additional air. The manager, who we know from his days at Pierre, topped up our glass.
