Wednesday, May 1, 2013 - Made of Chardonnay grapes from Saint Romain, Auxey-Duresses, Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. Elevated on 350 l wood barrels. Inviting "naked" Chardonnay aromas, little oak notes, little lactic, creaminess. In the pallet exciting tension, minerality and pepper. Not a lot of acidity but enough balance. Signature Boillot Chardonnay.
