Saturday, December 6, 2014 - PHMG WAG: Syrahs from around the World (The Lyon's Tree House): Nice start to this tasting! Paired with a "tart" of creme fraiche, bacon, and onions, this help up very nicely with a velvety texture and nice deep flavors. The oak is obvious but can't overpower the citrus and tropical notes. Finishes with mineral/ stone and honey.
