Thursday, February 7, 2013 - THE RED WHALE Sonoma Tasting (The Red Whale): This had a cherry chapstick, strawberry and cinnamon nose that indicated grenache immediately. The palate is fairly straightforward, light on its feet and with delicate tannins. Quite nice, but a bit pricey at $23.
