Wednesday, January 15, 2014 - A decent value in a Nebbiolo, at $10. It is quite balanced with medium body, tart and sweet cherries, hints of floral and tar, smooth tannin and enough acidity to make it a good table wine. The oak treatment seems to dominate.
Of course it does not compare with more expensive Nebbiolos, in that is lacks the intensity of fruit, violet, tar, tannin and acid.
