Monday, June 22, 2015 - Impressive mature Alvariño for a 2011 bottle. Candied citrius peel on the nose. Quite elegant and savoury palate.
Balanced. I disliked to think there's only one more bottle remaining.

Una alvariño impresionantemente madura para ser una 2011. En nariz piel confitada de cítricos. Una boca bien elegante y sabrosa.
Equilibrada. No me gustó pensar que sólo me queda una botella más.
