Monday, April 22, 2013 - Night 1: Pop and pour, medium to full bodied, black cherry, mineral, and a touch of dust and oak. Something off in the wine which I can't pin down, maybe a bit of stem in the wine or the cranberry, that sandwich's note references. Vacuum sealed and put back in the cellar.

Night 2: The notes of cranberry and stem have left and the dusty tones have taken charge. The finish has a touch of heat and firm tannins. No sediment left in the glass but I keep thinking there would be from the taste (if that makes any sense!?!)
