Saturday, November 8, 2014 - Dark and quite full bodied with a relatively muted nose with a earthy dark cherry notes finally emerging after sometime in the glass. Quite refined and polished with dark fruits, oak, cherry, and spice combining well. Overall, this is quite a good choice for an for early drinking burgundy. On the downside its a bit one dimensional and it lacks a bit of definition (tannins and minerality are almost absent). This seems like a burgundy built for the US export market? Fair QPR at $29.
