Sunday, November 23, 2014 - A golden light colour, citrus and yellow apple aromoa, then became fatty and a hint of butter. Medium acidity and a you may found yellow apple and some mineral on palate, then some grapefruit bitterness at the end. A bit creamy on palate. Better to drink it at aound 7-8 degree C.
