Friday, October 18, 2013 - Citrus on the nose and palate, dry body and finish; minerality as expected of a Chablis. And yet I think I preferred the generic Chablis from the same producer which had an element of freshness that was somehow missing here. Slightly underwhelming as I had quite high expectations after tasting the 2011 William fevre Chablis previously.
