Saturday, November 8, 2014 - Hour decant, the nose was noticeably missing the grenache from the typical Rhone blend, the mourvedre was much more pronounced than the syrah but the palate reflected the syrah in a more direct manner. Reasonable QPR, I will still lean towards getting some G (grenache) and even some C (Cinsault) in the mix for a more complex wine.
