Saturday, December 19, 2015 - 15 minute decant and poured through a vinturi. Has a translucent medium dark ruby in appearance. Has a nose of red ripe cherry licorice, some kirsch and some blackberries. The dusty fine grained tannins on the front palate are joined by semi ripe black cherries, strawberries, and some black licorice. Medium bodied with a medium+ finish.
