Sunday, May 4, 2014 - Drank over 3 days with vacuum seal and refrigerated. It has the body to go that far.

Black cherry, oak notes and profuse but not tough tannins. By day three, tannins settled down but so did the fruit forward nature of the wine. Comes across on day 3 with some asparagus on the nose too and chewy drying tannins and chocolate covered raisins with charred wood.

Remember it being somewhat disjointed on day 2. Therefore, it either needs a vigorous decant or another 2 more years in the cellar.
