Feels like it has ripe fruit, goes tropical pineapple custard a bit, and offers a tiny prickle of heat on the way down; but a nice angular finish of minerally, dry extract and acid help it strike a certain balance. That godly Chablis seashell aroma pokes out after about an hour open and makes everything great.
